Shaun Johnson (b. Fremont, California). His colorful, sculpted paintings depict intimate scenes of queer life, drawing from photos of family and friends. His work has been included in group shows in Los Angeles, New York City, Minneapolis and Berlin, and a solo presentation at Queens Gallery in LA. He received his Bachelors in painting at the Academy of Art University in San Francisco. Shaun Johnson lives and works in Los Angeles, California.
